We offer toll-free telephone support from Canada and the United States Monday through Friday, 9-3, Arizona Time. Call us at 877-223-5459 during our phone support hours and ask us your questions. Bear in mind that we can often provide step-by-step help via email and that sometimes that may be more helpful to you than a conversation.

We offer a PDF and hard copy User's Manual and our Help File is context sensitive. Click the blue "?" icons throughout the software to access help for the window you are in at the time. Click on the green underlined text for explanations of the green underlined text.

We offer some "Expert Articles" (in PDF format) to the Information section of the NutriBase software's Home Page. To access these articles, start NutriBase, click the Information Tab of the Home Page and select the folder called Expert NutriBase Articles. The drop down menu to the right of this allows you to select a topic. The Food Searches article discusses the NutriBase Search Engine. Other articles will be added over time.
