| After you display the data to the screen using any of the database functions, you can: a) Click on the Split Button to enter the b) The vertical scrolling is synchronized on both sides of the splitter bar, but the horizontal scroll bars work independently on each side of the splitter bar. c) Reposition columns by dragging and dropping their headers. (This allows you to place columns of interest next to each other.) d) Click on the Zoom Control up arrow to make the data larger. Click on the down arrow to make the data smaller (to see more data). e) Resize columns by dragging the right edge of the column header. This will let you view more data in the single-screen view. The program will remember your new settings for you. f) Right-mouse-click a Food Name to highlight the row. This makes it easier to keep track of the food item as you scroll horizontally through the data. g) After you highlight a row, you can click on the Normal Button to view all nutrients for the highlighted food item. This gives you a convenient Single Food Item View. h) Select data by dragging your mouse over the desired data. i) Export data by clicking on the Export Button. Export all the data or export only the data you've selected (see "Select data" above). j) Jump to any Food Name or Brand Name by clicking on the Jump Button. |
