Fitness Manager

This is one of the five notebook tabs featured in the NutriBase Fitness Manager.
NutriBase lets you organize a large number of exercises and activities, including Target Heart Rate Training. (You can set the min and max heart rate values for all zones, you can rename the zones, and you can edit the primary benefits as desired by setting these up in you User Prefs Fitness Tab.) NutriBase now takes into consideration the client's age, weight, gender, and intensity (as measured by heart rate or by perceived exertion). Add new exercises. Create and add workouts. Set and track your client's daily exercise calorie goals. Record the exercises you perform and their duration in minutes. Add, delete, and edit your exercises. View your exercise history. Annotate your Diary's exercise entries. Click the Report Button and generate a variety of reports, including the Calorie Expenditure Report, which shows your client how many calories he or she will burn in performing any of over 90 exercises for a period of 30 minutes. The Client Log-On Screen incorporates a Calc Button that pops up a convenient exercise calorie expenditure calculator.
