| Clicking the Calc Button in the Client Log-On Screen pops up this calculator. Select an exercise from one of the three exercise tabs then edit it for intensity and duration. Add as many exercises as you wish, select the days you want to record their calorie expenditures for, then click the OK Button. You may use the Fitness Manager to add new exercises to this list. |
