 NutriBase is the first high-end nutrition and fitness software product to provide support for the Palm PDA platform. NutriBase supports Palm PDA's using Palm Operating System 3.5 or greater. NutriBase will still run on your Windows PC, but once installed, you'll have the ability to support use the Palm PDA as a data entry port.
"Roll your own" nutrient database. We provide a core database of common food items, but you select from any of over 37,000+ food items in the NutriBase nutrient database and add them to your customized Palm-based database of food items. Add your own Personal Food Items to this database as needed. Record your food intake on your Palm-compatible PDA while you're away from home. HotSync to your PC to update NutriBase on your desktop or notebook PC. Record your fitness and exercise activities while out of the office or away from home. Customize your exercise database. Use the Gym Log to record what you did during your workouts. Record your daily notes and move them into NutriBase on your desktop later. Record your body weight and transfer this historical data over to your Windows PC when you're back home. Easy installation. Choose the foods to include in your nutrient database. Choose your Personal Food Items, exercise, and activities. The next time you HotSync, NutriBase will install itself, complete with your hand-selected database.
