If you have a dial-up Internet connection, and you are using Windows plus Netscape or Internet Explorer, it will take a couple of hours to download NutriBase. You might consider purchasing the CD-ROM for $10. If you wish to persevere through this large download, you might consider installing a free program called "Download Accelerator" before you begin. Once installed, this product can reduce your download time... but more importantly, it will allow you to resume disrupted downloads. That is, if you are kicked off-line during a download, you'll be able to restart the download and continue from where you left off. If you decide to download this freeware product, please make sure you either bookmark this page, print it, or write down the address shown at the top of this page so you'll be able to return to this page to download NutriBase. For more information regarding Download Accelerator, visit SpeedBit at www.speedbit.com.

Download the "Download Accelerator" program. [Filesize = about 1 Mbyte]

After you download and install Download Accelerator, come back to this page and download the NutriBase Personal Edition.

Please take note of where you are downloading this file to. :-)

After you download the file, click the Run option to run this file.

If you get an error message during your installation, abort and check your files size.

How to check your file sizes in bytes: Windows normally gives you files sizes in Kbytes (thousands of bytes). This is handy for most purposes, but it isn't useful at all if you are trying to check for exact file sizes. To see the file sizes in bytes, start Windows Explorer. Locate the file whose file size you wish to check. Right mouse click on the file name. (Point at the file and click the right mouse button.) Click on "Properties." Windows will display information about the file, including the file size in bytes. These file sizes should match the value specified above. If a particular file's size is incorrect, you may download it again by clicking on the appropriate link in the table above.

If you complete your download and it is the wrong file size, you will need to re-download the file. To do this, delete the original file, then come back to this page and download the appropriate file again. A "bad" file will normally be smaller than it should be.
